Artwork is sent in best condition possible in hardy tubes.
Should you receive your tube in anything but immaculate condition then please contact us at email@example.com
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Shipping prices vary per location and weight of items. Orders are filled and shipped in the order they are received. JAMES HITCHINS ART ships their items by DHL, UPS, Fedex or PostNet and items can typically ship within 5 business days and even up to three weeks, depending on the location. Art orders will require time to print, fill, package and ship.
We do not give discounts on shipping charges, unless we are running a promotion for free shipping.
